We are now looking for a talented and highly-motivated FINANCE ASSISTANT to join our team and help our Finance Executive with general accounting and administrative duties.
The position is based in our St. Julian’s office in Spinola bay and is available immediately on a P/T basis (ca. 20 hours/week). We offer a flexible and friendly working environment where your opinion DOES matter!
Main tasks and responsibilities:
♣ Being the main point of contact for all client and supplier invoicing enquiries
♣ Filing all accounting/finance documents
♣ Keeping files up-to-date and in a confidential manner
♣ Posting invoices as and when required
♣ Other general accounting duties as required
♣ Preparing and submitting sales invoices
♣ Reconciling accounts
♣ Chasing late payments
♣ Registering and verifying invoices
♣ Reconciling accounts
♣ Ensuring timely payments
Skills and experience:
We are not expecting anyone to tick all the boxes, but here’s what we are looking for:
♣ Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures
♣ A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar position
♣ Excellent working-knowledge of Excel and Word
♣ Ability to learn quickly on the job
♣ Excellent organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
♣ Strong written and oral communication skills in English
♣ Good numerical skills and a good eye for detail
♣ A personal interest in iGaming, sports and/or foreign languages
