Mike Eloff used to work in the iGaming industry. Now he is a world-class photographer. See what happened when Mike joined All-in Global for a company retreat in the breathtaking Azores.

At All-in Global we love a good success story. We remember Mike Eloff from the days when we were starting out in Malta and Mike was working on the affiliate side for various companies.

In 2012, he moved back to South Africa where he tried a few different jobs before deciding to start something on his own. He is now promoting brands like Sony, Corona, Red Bull and Ford Motor Company, and traveling around the world creating content for hotels and travel companies, together with his girlfriend and business partner Carlinn Meyer.

Some of their most popular videos are the epic time lapses showing Cape Town from the top of Table Mountains and Lions Head.

“I will never forget coming home to my girlfriend Carlinn and telling her I had quit my job and that I wanted us to create an influencer brand together. She wasn’t happy in her current job either but was worried about our finances without full-time employment. We decided to go for it and today we couldn’t be more happy about that decision.”

Mike told me this when I met him at the airport in Lisbon for a flight to Ponta Delgada – located on the biggest island of the Azores: São Miguel. Since we were gathering the whole team of All-in Global for the first time in two years, we were determined to create some stunning visual content. Mission accomplished? Miradouro do Pico do Ferro

Within two months, Mike had planned trips to Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Madagascar, Scotland and the Maldives, so for us it was a pleasant surprise when he confirmed to be the photographer and videographer for our trip as well. The team and the locals loved his energy and we were constantly on the move for four days.

“It was a pleasure capturing content for this team of legends. I was blown away by the serenity of the place” Mike wrote on his Instagram after our ways parted.

The main project was a video spoof of Netflix’s Cunk on Earth. We wanted to smoothly convey the message that All-in Global is the number 1 provider of translation and content writing for the iGaming industry, but at the same time show off how big our team has become – with the Azores as the backdrop.

The first part of the video takes place during SBC North America Summit in New Jersey, where our Head of Sales Dean Rayson had a memorable screen debut.

In addition to the video, we had several photoshoots aimed for  All-in Global’s new website. This is a work in progress so be sure to watch this space to see the result.
