Since we are ISO certified, we need to follow a specific process to make sure we hire the best translators. Firstly, applications are reviewed by our HR department. At this stage, we are looking for academic background and translation experience. It is very important for us that the translator is a native speaker of the target language and has previous experience in igaming. We then ask the translator to expand on the knowledge and specialization in 16 different specialization areas which are all related to the igaming field of expertise. Our HR department conducts interviews to verify skills, qualifications, and experience. Once this is ready, an in-depth test is sent out to the translator which is then evaluated by the specific Language Manager.
